The max. diameter of the fuel line should not exceed 14-15 mm.for the models TIZIPOWER and TiziCALOR TC 101. For larger fuel line diamters the models TMK 3000 and TMK 3001 or TMA can be used.

Fixation of the new TIZICALOR FUEL SAVERS is  very simple:

TiziCALOR FUEL SAVERS are fitted with one  or two cable binder strings in on the fuel line between fuel pump and injection pump. We recommend to secure them additionally with cable binders so that the fuel saver cannot jump around on rough road conditions.

TiziCALOR FUEL SAVERS should never be mounted on a steel fuel line, but only on rubber, copper , aluminium or stainless steel fuel lines .

           different KM on their counter. First we made always test on an official Swiss Test center

           on the MAHA-Testing Sation the engine power of the cars first without TiziCALOR  TC 101            Fuel  Saver.After  200 - 300 km run and  one week later we repeated the same engine power             test again.

Test set up:

The above exhaust tests have been done in idle engine modus at 960 rpm and  94 C oil temp. at  the exhaust gas test center of a Swiss Army central workshop for military vehicles by tuning specialists (PINZGAUER) and by a private specialised Garage for old 4x4 vehicles with on their electronic exhaust gas test stand. All above stated values have been printed out by the computer attached to the exhaust gas testing units.

Conclusion

TiziCALOR FUEL SAVERS help to reduce poiseness exhaust gas CO and air polution by un burned HC (gasoline ) particles up to 84 %. That means for also for new vehicles with modern engines and catalyser system that fuel is more completely burned and that the catalyser unit gets minimum 70% less CO and HC from the engine.
